SHIPPING…

My business is based in the UK and all orders are shipped from there!

UK CUSTOMERS:

-Standard shipping to UK, flat rate up to 2kg: £3.55, tracked, two day delivery aim.

-Express shipping to UK, flat rate up to 2kg: £5.95, tracked, next day delivery aim.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

-Standard international shipping, flat rate up to 100g: £8.90, Europe 3-5 business days, rest of world 6-7 business days.

Once your parcel is sent I cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged items.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES…

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving your order.

I will do my best to find a solution, but please be advised that refunds and returns may not always be accepted unless there was a mistake on my end.

 If a return request is accepted the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs/fees.

Be sure to thoroughly review all product details, materials, sizing information, condition, and verify shipping details before placing an order as orders cannot be canceled or refunded for these reasons.
